About hiding from the war in Charkiv

Valentyna spent two months at an improvised underground shelter at the Charkiv metro, while her city was being bombed and shelled by the Russian army. She spoke to us about life in the shelter, what it feels like when your own relatives do not believe you are in a warzone as well as how she sees the future of Ukraine and Russia after this war.
